While practicing in our samba group one day, Dinh's cavacinho (a small stringed instrument that is the father of the ukelele) pick flew off his instrument as if it had a life of its own. When we saw the video after the fact, we were rolling on the floor with laughter. (You had to be there!). Anyways, you can see the scene below:
